These General Terms of Service (hereinafter, "General Terms") govern the business relationship between Construk And Logik LLC and the user or customer ("you") arising from booking experiences through https://maisonprive-experiences.com.
Booking any experience through https://maisonprive-experiences.com constitutes your express acceptance of these General Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Legal Notice.

https://maisonprive-experiences.com provides information about the available experiences, their features, duration, and price. Construk And Logik LLC reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or modify the experiences offered, as well as their prices, simply by changing the website's content, without prior notice, without this affecting bookings already confirmed and paid for.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include, where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) or the corresponding equivalent taxes. The final price you will pay is the one shown at the time of completing payment.
The booking process takes place through the booking widget available on each experience page, where you will select the date, time, number of people, and, where applicable, pickup address. Payment is processed through Stripe's secure platform.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation. This confirmation is not valid as a tax invoice; if you need an invoice, you can request one by writing to henry@prive-experiences.com.
Construk And Logik LLC requires full payment of the total amount of the experience at the time of booking, by credit or debit card via the Stripe payment gateway. Partial payment or payment on arrival is not currently offered, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific experience (for example, "Design Your Own — Bespoke Experience," whose final price is agreed on a personalized basis before the final charge is issued).
The availability of experiences may vary depending on demand and operational capacity (for example, the number of vehicles or available spots). If, after completing your booking and payment, we detect any availability issue for the requested date or time, we will contact you immediately to reschedule the experience or, if that is not possible, refund the amount paid.
To request a cancellation, write to us at henry@prive-experiences.com or via WhatsApp, indicating your name and booking reference.
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure-related services, when provided on a specific date or execution period, are exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to other online purchases. Therefore, the cancellation of experiences booked on https://maisonprive-experiences.com is governed by the Cancellation Policy described in the previous section.
By booking an experience, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity necessary to enter into this contract. Some experiences (for example, cooking workshops) allow the participation of minors under the supervision of an adult responsible for the booking.
If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact us at henry@prive-experiences.com. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Construk And Logik LLC reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time. Modifications will be binding from the time they are published on https://maisonprive-experiences.com. Bookings already confirmed will be governed by the terms in effect at the time the booking was made.
